Ok this is my first hack I've decided to release in a long long time.
It's a pretty simple one and it should work without a hitch.
Description: Basically this hack was created after someone decided to go through the member list and email every member they could via the email form way to send emails. So what this does is makes it so if you use the email form option and the person attempts to send another email before the designated time he/she gets an error similar to the post flood checks.
