where can i get some dam templates

i just got this vbb so i have no clue about eny thing but i know that the defalt style or templete [do not konow the diff] i have been looking for somehing eny thing to update it or change it but i have no luck.

i wuld like a page where they just have links to dls or some thing like that cus in the forums i did not rely find much
