Hover over thread title and show some of post contents

If you check out Off-Topic.net forums they have a thing where you hover over the thread title and it then shows part of the post contents

Does anyone know what that hack is called and where can I install it? Thanks :)

It's a nice hack BTW.. Also a bandwidth saver.. I like it a lot..
