Cary says that vBulletin doesn't officially have a Russian Language Pack. So I can check out the vBulletin Hacking Site at http://www.vbulletin.org/ for an unofficial one.

Plz let me know if someone have such pack!!!!

I'm not aware of any such packs.

However, slightly off topic, I wouldn't mind doing the translation for a fee and if you can prove that you are a legal license holder for vbulletin.
