Custom VbCode prackets

Hello ...

trying to add Custm VbCodes one specifies what goes between the prackets then the prackets [ & ] are inserted automatically.

What changes do i make so that i will type the bracets myself?

What i am trying to accomplis is specifing a tage with different prackets and have it replaced with some html. ...
i.e:
|command| result in: <some html i specify>
or even
<P> result in: <P>
and
<iframe> result in: <font color=red>Tag not allowd</font>

help is greatly appreaciated.

okay .. then mods can move this to the right forum .. please :)

I thought that since VB adds the [prackets] if i knew where i'd go to stop it from adding those prackets then i will have it take the value as entered ..
very much like when you add smilies. (am i inspiring any ideas?!)
