Easy problem but don't know the answer

If you surf to our Nexology Forums (http://hostnexus.com/forums), who will notice a weird "Double Header". I have the text I want there in the upper header. How do I remove the not logged in header teaxt?

Also at the bottom, I have added an image to the Who's online table and when you aren't logged in, there's an ugly bar on the side. What gives with that? Even when looking as normal (when registered) there's a small vertical bar there......

I removed that image but all is ok. Weird though.

Anyhow the double header problem persists. :D
