Create Buttons with XP icons!

How can i make Buttons with WinXP icons like Vb.org in German ?
Has anyone a File for Photoshop ?
Where i can get the Icons?

um, to take icons off stuff what i do is....
/me looks around >.> <.<
i hit alt+Prnt Scrn, Paste it in paint, cut out the part i want
and paste it in fireworks or photoshop or whatever i want ot edit it with
