HI i have a flash menu liek

well the letters are in tha picture
teh background is #004470
and teh lettering is #658F95

heres an example i need the buttons like that but with Home / user cp and all the hompage buttons
if someone can make these it wuld be greatly apreciated
ive attempted this many times lol but i aint much with photoshop lol
