Forums Unlicenced Users Can Post In

I know this has been covered before, but I think it would be benifical if I could have a post to refer to and see exactly what forums unlicenced users can post in, I though for example the PHP forum could only be used by licenced users. I'd be greatful if a moderator or admin could compleate the list for me (YES means they can post in the forum.

General Hacking Discussion - NO
Pre-Sales Questions - YES
Full Releases - NO
Hacking Hints and Tips - NO
Requests - NO
Help Me Finish - NO
Support - NO
PHP - YES

Template Questions and Button Requests - YES

The Lounge - YES
Forum Commenting - YES (Reply)
Testing Zone - YES

I'll make it easier. :) Unlicenses users can only post under Announcements (post only), Site Feedback, Pre-Sales, PHP, The Lounge, Forum Commenting (post only) and Testing Zone... pretty much what you said. :)
