I am working on a new style for my forums and I wanted to make a logo that extends across the top and the buttons are under it. How would I do it? Heres an example

Do it in Templates > Modify > Template Set > header

How do you make a background logo for that though? I mean it resizes depending on your resolution, so how wide do you make a logo/banner for the top so you can keep it the same width as the forum?
