help please, User Titles doesnt work with my forum

hi
thats what ive edit in the user titles section:

new user (Minimum Posts: 0) [edit] [remove]
level1 (Minimum Posts: 100) [edit] [remove]
level2 (Minimum Posts: 250) [edit] [remove]
last level (Minimum Posts: 500) [edit] [remove]

but nothing is happening when some one write more than 100 msg!!!! i dont know why? he should get the 'level1' under his nickname but that isnt happening.. its still 'new user'

help me please

be sure you haven't a custom usertitel for his whole usergroup.

also check if custom title is enabled in his profile when you edit him.. (it should be disabled)
