Drop Down Menu for Message Icons

Something like the avatars drop down menu when you register...

So it could take the NAME of the message icons, put them into a drop down menu...

I'm sure it's a simple request but I can't do it so i'll be grateful to anyone who does.

What about throwing the picutre next to the name as well? Is that possible?

It's not possible in HTML, maybe with DHTML but that's not what I want, I just want the names...then again having the picture next to the name is an added bonus.
