The next release from me will be some more sets of VBulletin buttons, so I dipped into photoshop, and came up with a few styles and color combinations. I have put up a new section in the VBulletin section of the shivaSite Gallery Archives that shows some of the better styles as a test for color and style. People with Photoshop already need not worry about this, as quite a few of these are default styles, though a few are using custom styles, like the aqua buttons. Not many people can afford photoshop though, so I did these up as well.
People interested in VB buttons, or Buttons for CMS, (as some of these styles can be used for them) can view the VBulletin Alpha Section to look at these test styles. I will be releasing a small amount of new sets based on input from people, so please comment on them, and tell me your favorites. Comments can be added at the screenshots, but actual requests will have to be sent to me by email, or by using the Feedback link at shivaSite. I will try and find the time and fill them, but at the moment, only the basic vb set design will be used, and you must be a registered license holder.
Once things get a little less hectic for me, i will be doing custom button sets, so I will always be happy to take suggestions, and am also looking for better icons and images to use with these new sets. If you have a set of icons ideal for buttons and topic icons for CMS, please get in contact me.
I am looking for icons and images for forums, admin, links and other images for PHP-Nuke and other systems, topic images and idea's for button styles. Time restraints, and the fact this is one huge website, means I have limited time to do searchs or create my own, especially with the workload I already have here. All material is released as freeware of course here. I never charge for my work, as I feel I have a ways to go in terms of skill.
People who wish to help out can also just send a email or use the feedback link found on the left side bar of the website. Don't forget to comment on the sets already up, your input is valuable, and the more input I get, the faster I improve.
You can find the buttons also here, as well as a small selection of completed buttons that are just variations on the default style.

here's the screenshot of the test buttons. Buttons with the black frames are transparent, just the way the thumbnailer does it with jpegs. Buttons with drop shadows are white backgrounds:
