Pages 1 2 3 All

Can an option be added so that it will display all the messages in the thread at once. What I mean is vbulletin splits pages after X posts. Ok it's good. But can an option be added so that it will display the whole thread at once. Like Page 1 2 3 All .... I hope I could explain what I want.

If this option is not in v2.0.0 I will make a hack for it as I also want this function. I will also make a user setting to store the number of threads they want to show on a page (again if it doesn't make it into v2.0.0)
