remove moderator table? etc..

Hello, I saw this mentioned before..but I wondering how would I go about removing the moderator table from the main forums, and also..

how would I add "moderated by" and then the link of a username next to the description of the forum?

there is a template hack for this at vbulletintemplates.com - it's called something like 'remove moderator column' and I think it's by saintdog :)
