How to completely remove the 'Font', 'Attach File' and 'Post a Poll' Features

Hi everyone.

I'm quite new with vBulletin so I hope someone can help.

I'm about to come up with a BB site and I would like know how I can disable the 'Font', 'Attach File' and 'Post a Poll' Features in the Reply section. The reason is because I want to save on bandwidth and I believe these features are not really needed so I want it removed.

I noticed that one particular site has been able to disable these features and I would like to know how this was done (please check the attachemnt for a pic).

Hope someone can help me here. Thanks for looking.

1st. Simple template editing
2nd. Set Can post attachments to NO
3rd. Set Can post polls to NO
Both under User Groups » Modify » [edit]

I'm a little bit confusd here... :confused: cause someone told me at vBtemplate.com that I needed to 'to mod the code' so to speak.
