I know that a couple of sites have this already.

Anyone out there with any idea how to implement this?

Basically it will be a place where members can post their daily journal entries, and keep them private or public.

That's a great hack... the admin of that forums was going to release that hack, but then changed his mind... Surprisingly no one else has tried to do a similar one yet. :) *Hint Hint*
