How would I go about making a review database, like the hacks database here. I want to make it so, users can submit reviews in a specific forum which where all threads are moderated, and then if it is accepted, the mod can add it to the review database.

Please help, thanks in advance guys.

I'll only agree with Drk if he takes that forsaken avatar down *dies*

But, this would be very useful for categorizing certain threads..or stuff, but then again it would be a HUGE (i mean MASSIVE! then again, what do I know) job for Firefly to create instructions for installation, etc. etc.
