How can i have only one IP per username to stop multiple accounts, i know u can have one e-mail per name, but i want one IP... please advise.

There is a hack I believe that works this way but you will have problems....unless someone has a permanent static IP this could cause havoc with your users. Most ISP's only provide dynamic IP's which change without warning and vary according to their policies.

Although I don't have the link to the hack ATM, I know that there IS a hack that every user has to type in the first three parts of their IP in their user cp, and only people with that IP can visit the board using that account (which hopefully is only that single person :)).

I.E. If the person's IP is 127.0.0.1, then they would have to type in 127.0 in their user cp, allowing only people with an IP starting with 127.0.*.* to use that account :)

Many internet users have dynamic IP, so you cant stop them registering by IP ban. If you apply such a practise you will not ban them, ban the users from the same ISP instead.
