...I am not happy about this "shut the door in potential punters faces" attitude when someone asks for help (see my thread here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=41444))
I do understand why vb work like this but to see it from a potential punters point of view it doesnt look good, I mean you wouldn't go into your local electrical and ask them to demo a telly only to be told "You have to buy it before you can test it properly"!
My question is, if I was to spend $160 (or whatever it is atm) on the software, then re-posted my thread (see link above) would I:
a.) get the help I needed to sort the problems (has anyone actually manged to get 1.11d XMB imported so it works?).
b.) get some help but the problems could not be resolved.
If a then great, I will buy it now but if b do I get my money back as I cant use this product without suffering loss so better to stick with what I got and keep rehashing it until a suitable alternative comes along..
