I'm not sure whether this has been mentioned or not, but why does the chat button have a image of an envelope?? It would seem more appealing if it were maybe something to do with dialog, or some other chat icon. Did you (Firefly) originally create it to be an email button then later changed it to chat? With this new email service maybe you could make that link to it instead.....(or not, or maybe just for those users with the service ;) )
