Persitant PM Popup Notification

What would I need to do to make the "You have a new Private Message" Popup , keep popping up on their visit to the site, till the at least click ok?

No offense, but remind me not to go on your forum because that would be bloody annoying if you got that to work hehe :D

Honestly, I know what you mean. It just seams that they see the popup box and don't read it right away and then forget it. You'd be suprised how many people have unread PM's in their box.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Maybe another hack for this?
