Wen i'm going to ADMIN > TEMPLATE ...i got this error

Database error in vBulletin Control Panel 2.2.6:

you use an unhacked template.php right?

try to repair table template via phpmyadmin

it is bechoz a hack. A frend of mine sayt it is in a PHP. I have something that shod't be there. Another frend sayd that i have a problem with a table.

Please tell me exactly wat i need to do. I'm not good at php...mysql.
