You have to purchase vBulletin in order to gain access to the hacks and vBulletin in general, if you have not purchased vBulletin, you do not need to be running it nor do you need access to the hacks that are offered.

gez, everyone knew vBulletin isn't free...a hack copy of vBulletin is illegal to have and if we know where you got it, we can put a stop to that (please, all the warez board/sites knows not to post boards that you need to pay for :rolleyes: ), just my 2 cents
