Need help with Stars to Bars.

Hello i have tubedogs star hack installed i want to make my stars into bars. Is there any way to make the stars look like these????

as i know, the stars are saved as gif-files, so just edit the gif-files.

sorry if i'm wrong, because i don't use the hack, but i think it's handled this way
