Have you tried looking in the 'Language Packs' forum? ;)

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=23 thanks, yes i did look there, but as you will see for yourself, the threads there are pretty bare bones if anything at all. i found a french thread, but the link gives me a 404. german -- only requests. turkish and arabic, i am not sure if i need. however if i search on vb.org forums, i get stuff like portugese, spanish, chinese, japanese etc. wouldn't it be incredibly useful if all these could be consolidated at one place for the benefit of those interested? i dont think language packs forum itself is really working. thanks!

That's all that is available right now. When vB3 is released I would expect an explosion of available Language Packs.
Looks here -> http://www.vbulletintemplates.com (http://www.vbulletintemplates.com/mods/index.php) and here -> http://yaxay.com/yack (http://yaxay.com/yack/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=6)
