Question on scrollbar color ...

When you click in the scrollbar on this site (vb.org) for example it turns a pinkish color. What attribute is that and where can I change that on my board?

If it helps I'm using the stylish green here.

I've messed with it some more and do not think it is editable. Oh well:(
