Flagging Threads & Other Possible Hacks

I'm not sure if this can already be done, but I have been looking for a way to allow members of my forums to flag threads for later review. Also, I was curious if a hack exists that allows an admin to limit who can vote on a poll? If not, that would be another request.

for the polls i believe that there's usergroup permission for who can vote on polls ;) As for flaging threads i'll look into it ;)
