I've got this bit of HTML:
<html>
<head>
<title>Untitled Document</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
<style type="text/css">
#toplinks a:link {text-decoration:none; color:black}
</style>
</head>
<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000" link="#0000FF" vlink="#0000FF" alink="#FF0000" leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" bottommargin="0" rightmargin="0">
<table style="border-bottom:1px solid black" width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" background="topshade.gif">
<tr>
<td><img src="toptitle.gif" width="485" height="100"></td>
<td align="right" valign="bottom">
<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="5" id="toplinks">
<tr>
<td height="32"><b><a href="#"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Suggestions?</font></a></b></td>
</tr>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</body>
</html>
Why doesn't the "Suggestions?" link (in blue) show up as black when I view the page in IE?
