Licensing vbulletin.org buttons?

I posted this elsewhere but suspect it might have been the wrong place. Just wanted to say that I really like the layout here. I really like the color-on-silver buttons in particular. I run a small vB and was wondering, can these be licensed for use somehow?

Thanks for your comments. :) You will need to contact Sinecure and ask him about the buttons, since he is the one that created them.
