How can i set it so members get an e-mail wen sum1 replies to their thread as standard, cant find it in the options...

It's there. Under user cp > options, you should see this.
Use 'Email Notification' by default?
Using this option emails you whenever someone replies to a thread that you have participated in.

In the admin options (what you listed) set the following to yes.
Email Options
Enable Email features?
Enable email sending features: send to friend and email notification for posters and moderators. Don't forget to remove those links from the forumdisplay, newreply, newtopic, & editpost templates
You can turn off the 'Send to Friend' feature for invidual user groups in the User Permissions area.
Then each user can turn it on or off in their user cp on the board. Hope this helps. :)
