Last post title and icon on forum home

What it does is when a user replies to a topic or starts a new topic, the topic title and the post icon used with it would appear on the forum home above the last post date and poster. Just like on UBB6.x. Is there such a hack (I couldn't find it here) or is there someone willing to make it. :) If not that's ok, just asking.
