[HELP!] - Added the "border" but now ONCE again can not center :(

Well, once again, i can not get my darn logo and buttons centered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*hitting self on head*' (what is this, 3rd time!)


i added the pixel junction border to my forum.

i have tried the usual that i know of, but nadda!
