Ack! Templates are gone????

I installed vbPortal on my already hacked vBulletin site and now my templates appear to be gone. What did I do wrong and how can I get them back?

Here is what I see in the control panel:

OK, I went to phpmyadmin and the templates still appear to exist there. Now, how do I get them back into my control panel?

this is a known bug with php420
go to vbulletin.com and download the bugfix, or upgrade to vb226
