Users browsing?

Can anyone tell me where this hack is (see attachment). Used on this forum, it shows how many are browsing each forum on the forum home page.

I saw the one from 'Neo' but that looks like it adds another column, not the same.

Ahh, ok. If anyone's got a simple step-by-step they can show me it'll be much appreciated :) (I don't want to screw my board up attempting it myself!)
