Request - User created forums

I'am trying to create a forum in which registered users are allowed to create their own forums under certain pre-defined categories. Is there a hack for this.

Also i must confess as far as PHP and MySql is concerned i draw a blank although in know SQL

Also will please someone explain to me what is PHPNuke? i tried visiting their site but i what I understood was that it is some software to generate dynamic poges. How?

And what are the advantages of integrating PHP Nuke with vB?

I guess that's a lot of questions, but i'am curious :-)

there is no hack (would be easy though), but this would cause some security issues, as it could be misused.

phpnuke is a php program that is a slashdot style web application. where anyone can submit a story and it can be submitted.
