That is outrageous...

If he doesnt want to pay for a forum, then he should go download XMB or PhpBB (i think you may have to pay now) or some other free board...

My 2 cents - With vB, you get what you pay for...Not only is it true with the marvelous coding, but you get excellent support and the help of people on vb.com and vb.org to help customise your site...

Thats why, by the end of this month / the beginning of July, I will have my own Full vBulletin Liscence (All $160 worth of pure vBulletinness)!!:)

Any wise guy who is able to make such modifications in vb script would know that he wont survive long with a script he claims he did but in fact is a stolen script.

I think the guy does not intend do what claims to do. His intention would be to create an infected script which people would get thinking they are getting vb but actually getting something which do what his author wants it to do, like emailing their server password to the author or email bombarding any address when its author triggers it etc..

If I were you I wouldnt allow this guy propogate this script in your board.
