Can someone make these VB style buttons?

I need one for rate, karma, ignore, and report. The blue/grey VB style button can be seen at the attachment below. Will someone make them for me or do you know where I can get them?

These are already available somewhere... I used to have a similar set in a different color.

I made them and placed them up for download over at BBAddons.com, although I no longer have the PSD files to edit the buttons as they were lost when my hard drive crashed 1-2 months ago (I was not too happy about that).
