Ok this was requested on my site and i thought you would like it aswell.

What this hack does:

It makes a list of all titles that have been set by other users, so people can see just who is setting who to what. :P (if you know what i mean)

U must have Lesane store hack installed for this to work.

damn it looks pretty nice, but doesn't it sorta ruin the fun of being able to change others names, would it be possible to set this so just the admin can see who 's been changing what???

dont see how you mean fella.

Its only a log of the users setting users titles. (remember they get an e-mail anyway telling them who set what)

This is mainly so the other users can see who set who (LOL if you know what i mean)

they shoulnt be a problem the hack is for the store.php as long as that works on your forum then this will.

yep, installed and works great


might not be cuz of this hack but suddenly my board is running mad slow :( site is running normal tho

i dont want to put-down this hack as it is very nice and seemed to work great (easy install too), but my board was dying, until i uninstalled it, now its going ok, so there may be something wrong, or not, i dont know for sure

Not sure what I'm doing wrong...but all is installed correctly, I do get the title wars page up (username - victim - new title), and the mysql new table was added...yet there is no data underneath the headings for username, victim, new title.

Store 1.3 is installed, works beautifully. But this titlewars hack doesn't show the data that it should. What are the possible reasons for this?

I wonder if this could be made to use it in the same way as in this hack:

Members could give other members custom image-titles or html-dhtml bouncing titles etc. :D

I'd like to link to this hack from the store itself, but can't find the appropriate template. Can someone point me in the right direction? I'd like to include it in the box where someone can purchase the change another's title item.

Sorry but those colors make me barf. I have taken the liberty to rewrite the templates using non-hardcoded values and make it conform to the rest of the forum.

Edit: Dang I just realized it replaced the replacement values, lol. Your going to have to put it [tableheadbgcolor] [firstaltcolor] and [secondaltcolor] manually, unless someone wants to do a text file :disappointed:

When vB3 comes out and all hacks are updated accordingly, do you think it's possible to have as an option how many title pages you want per page, and have navigation like vB?

Mine is getting pretty long, and people are dial-up are requesting pagination.

Not sure how many have figured this out. But on our boards we use bbcode and smilies in custom titles which wasn't showing properly in titlewars. This is how I fixed it.

Find this:

$newtitle = $usertitle[towhat];

eval("\$titlebits .= \"".gettemplate("store_titlebits")."\";");

and change it to:

$newtitle = $usertitle[towhat]; {
$usertitle[towhat]=bbcodeparse($usertitle[towhat]);
}
eval("\$titlebits .= \"".gettemplate("store_titlebits")."\";");

anybody know if this is working with the latest release of the store ? I installed it , and it's not working.
