what file do i need to modify in order for me to do that?

Do you mean "forumhome_forumbit_level2_post" template?

Goto : Admin CP -> Templates -> Modify -> Forum Home Page Templates

This will teach you how to do what you are wanting, this works for all vBulletin versions from 2.x.x
