access table?

I am creating a classified system hack and i am wondering what the access table does in relation to the forum tables?

it has no use if you have dissabled the accesmask per Admin-CP, but if you enabled it, the table tells to wich forums special users have acces to

[Admin]

The access table is used for access masks, accessmask is either 0 or 1. If it's 1, the user (with the ID in the userid field) can access the forum with the ID in the forumid field.
