Im pretty new to vbulletin and hacking, but could you tell me how I would obtain a quick reply hack? like the one on http://www.somethingleet.com/

and how do I get rid of that "you are being taken to your post" thing?

Search for Quick Reply Hack on the forums or in the hack database. There is another hack for the second part, try a search on Remove Redirection Messages.
