Stop users from editing thread titles, sort of

I sure could use a hack on my board that stops mods from editing super mod thread titles, supermods from editing admin titles, etc. I.e., stop them from editing anybody that's in a higher-ranked usergroup than them.

I have recently released Message Editing Hierarcy Hack (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=38988) which does what you want but for message context editing only. I guess this is not exactly what you want?

Well since the title is edited by editing the subject of the first post it might work, lemme give it a try :)

dont forget: it can be edited via Moderator Pull Down commands too ;) (which my hack does not cover). You give it a try anyway..
