What Happened?

I had a server crash lost all data, have reinstalled vb but when I go to templates it looks like this: http://thebensonfactor.com/wtf.gif

I reinstalled but nothing happened. There is nothing else in the database.

This looks like the problem with PHP 4.2.0/4.2.1. Install the fixes in freddie's post here:
