I'm not sure how big of a deal this would be, would be useful in my opinion:

Lots of my users vote on polls but don't say anything, I'd like to see an autoreply that simply adds a post when they vote: "USERNAME voting for OPTION".

The ability for the poll creator to toggle this autoreply would be nice too, sometimes anonymous polls are best.

There is always the who voted on poll hack.
