smilies on non vbb pages?

I'd like to be able to post the smilies outside of my vBB on a news page. Which code/file(s) does vBB need to make :smilies: work?

You'll need to use the bbcodeparse2() function of vBulletin. Require global.php from vBulletin then use it.
