Hide Closed Threads [Archive]

This is a request from Miztah / scsa20 (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=38662).

It stops closed threads from being listed on forumdisplay for users who are not admins or moderators of the forum.

Simple instructions, just download the file and follow them. Four quick code changes to make.

No PMs, email, ICQ or AIM about this hack, it will be ignored.

this seems cool, but I'm too tired right now, so I'll download and install it later when I get back from school (I have to leave for school in about 5 and a half hours, so I'll only get about 3 hours of sleep :D)

i was just wondering... is it really recommended to have them hidden? it might generate another post from the author and also it might offend him(her) thinking the admin deleted in purpose his(her) thread, when in fact is not really deleted, just invisible.

just trying to highlight some issues, that's all. let me know what you think. thanks.

Um...if you don't want them hidden, don't install the hack...if you do, install the hack...
