I don't mean the category I mean the alt table colors, is there any way I can put a bg img in there?

Yeah. In the box where you change the hex for the {firstaltcolor} and {secondaltcolor}, just put this code after the hex value:
" background="imgsrchere

That will make it so the color="000000 is closed with the additional " and then close the background=" with the " it adds. Just try it and it should work.
