Forum Issues

I seem to be having some issues with my forums and i was hoping to get an opinion. My forums are listing people as being at the forums when in fact some arent. Any ideas on what could cause this?

Could my webhosts have anything to do with this?

Im not sure but i thought that i read names can be on there 15 minutes after the person logs off it. Once again im not positive.

its gone on longer then that. any other ideas?

well, all i can suggest is that your cookie timeout is set to high?
cp > vbulletin options > user & registration options > timeout for cookie

the default is 900, which is 15 minutes, so...

i would have thought that might have been it, but it just started and no change has been made to the cookie timeouts prior and i didnt have this issue before.
