How to add moderators?

how do you add moderators to the forum? i have added some but how do i make their name apprear ont he right hand side of the page?

The the moment the moderators are there but without their name listed...

Please help me..

I was running 3.0 RC 1 for a while :P

all my users were telling me it was the same as version 2 lol, i changed it back to stop hte confusion though :D
